So if you're on this page you must be looking for a newborn photographer in Wellington and the first thing I'd like to say is - huge congratulations, I'm so excited for you.
I know you must have a million and one questions in your head, after all this is a very important time and picking the right newborn photographer is key to making sure you get the perfect baby photos.
With over 5 years experience photographing and working with Newborns, my favorite part is capturing the intense love and newness that accompanies your new family member, therefore Family and sibling portraits are included in your session.
My Karori studio is relaxed and homely allowing you to be as comfortable as possible whilst you sit back and take in the whole experience without the hassle of tidying up.
I specialise in a more natural, simplistic baby led style of newborn photography and also provide some posed and wrapped portraits too. Focusing on all the little details that make them so special. From their tiny little toes, to those fuzzy little heads.
Newborn photos are best suited for babies aged between 5-10days old and up to 3 weeks. They're a wonderful way to capture how tiny, curly and sleepy newborn babies are at this age.
For my newborn photography I prefer to let your baby lay how they are most comfortable and simply position them to capture every detail beautifully, just as they are for images that you will treasure forever.
This also means that all of the newborn photos that I capture will be as unique as your baby.
I recommend booking just after your 20 week scan, as I only take a limited number of bookings each month.
After you have booked, and when baby arrives you send me a message, we then confirm the exact day and time for your newborn photos.
1-2 weeks after your photoshoot I send you a link to view and download all of your beautiful baby photos.
